There are five types of food,carbohidrate,protein,lipid,mineral and vitamine.
Carbohidrate are found maintly in sugar,potatoe,and bread.One grame of carbohidrate can produce 15 kj of energy.Protein can be found in eggs,meat,and fish.One grame of protein produce 17 kj of energy.Lipide can be found in butter and cooking oil.One gram of lipide can produce 38 kj of energy.Minerals and vitamines have no energy ,but they are essentiel for health.
