HUMAN LANGUAGE IS CHARACTERIZED BY HAVING DIFFERENT FEATURES WHICH WE CAN NOT FIND IT IN ANIMAL LANGUAGE.HUMAN LANGUAGE IS ARBITRARY WHICH MEANS THAT THERE IS NO THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE WORD AND THE SOUND AND ITS MEANING.MOREOVER,HUMAN LANGUAGE IS COMPOSED OFDEXRETS UNITS WHICH CAN BE USED TO CREATE A NEW MEANING OR WORDS.ALSO,HUMAN LANGUAGE IS DUAL,IT MEANS THAT IT HAS TWO LEVELS:SURFACE AND SEMANTIC LEVEL.
THERE ARE ANOTHER FEATURES LIKE CREATIVITY AND DISPLACEMENT WHICH MEANS THAT HUMAN LANGUAGE CAN SPEAK ABOUT PAST THINGS WHICH ARE NOT IN THE IMMEDIATE ENVIRONEMENT OF SPEAKER.
